Cinque Terre
Tandoori Cafe and Grill is bringing Indian fusion cuisine to downtown Griffith. The new restaurant did a soft opening at 105 N. Broad St., where it will celebrate its grand opening this week. "It's tandoori fusion, basically a mix of Indian and American," owner Ruhani Sharma said.

Ruhani Sharma, an Indiana University Northwest MBA student, was raised understanding the importance of family, education and hard work. Growing up in Jalandhar, in the Punjab state in northern India, she experienced firsthand the rewards of being a business owner.
